4. Commission Structure
The commission structure for successful referrals is outlined in a separate agreement between 1776 Enterprises LLLP and the referring agent. This agreement details the specific commission percentages and payment schedules.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared in connection with the process. This includes client information, financial details, and other sensitive data.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, or in the state in which the commercial property or referring agent is located, in accordance with the law of the appropriate state.
