2. Our Proposal
We evaluate the referral and offer a commission payment to be paid to you after the commercial mortgage is successfully funded.
3. Earn Commissions
After our proposal is accepted, one of our commercial lending partners funds the mortgage, then we send you a referral commission payment (0.3%+ of the mortgage loan amount).
